Buttons Diapers' one-size nappy covers are designed to fit from approx 9-35lbs. Pair with any absorbent option that you like - we recommend the Buttons cotton flat nappies, size 2 or 3 prefolds or large inserts.
These covers have good containment due to the double gussets on the legs and poppers on the inner to hold Buttons inserts in place.
